How is a brand identity different from just a logo?
A logo is a single mark. A brand identity is the complete visual language of your business — logo, colour system, typography, iconography, photography style, and the rules for how everything works together. A logo without a system leads to inconsistency. A full identity creates recognition.
How long does the full process take?
Brand Starter: 1–2 weeks. Full Brand Identity: 4–6 weeks. Brand Refresh: 3–4 weeks. The pace is partly up to you — the faster you review and give feedback, the faster we move. We build in two rounds of revisions and never rush a final decision.
What if I don't like the initial concepts?
We present 3 distinct creative directions at first presentation. If none of them feel right, we have a conversation to understand why — and we go again. In practice, this rarely happens because our discovery process is thorough enough that we understand your preferences before we start designing. But it is covered.
Do I own the logo and all brand files completely?
Yes — 100%. On final payment, all intellectual property transfers to you. You receive the original editable source files (Figma, AI, EPS), all export formats, and font licences where applicable. You are free to work with any designer or agency in future using these files.
Can you also build our website after the brand is done?
Absolutely — and this is actually the ideal sequence. Build the brand first, then build the website. That way your website is a perfect expression of your brand, not the other way around. Many of our clients start with branding and move straight into a web design project. We offer a combined discount for both.
